Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Every Frame order is packed with care and shipped through USPS.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order leaves our hands, USPS transit time is typically 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is a flat $6.95 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our shop to your door.
Please note that processing and transit times may vary slightly during high-volume drops, holidays, or carrier delays — but we’ll always do our part to get your gear moving as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & ISSUES
We want you to love what you ordered. Since each Frame piece is pressed in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns for size changes, color preference, or change of mind.
But if something is wrong on our end — wrong item, damage, or a print issue — we’ll absolutely make it right. Send us your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
